Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.

There is really no need to know what the whole day will look like before you wake up or even what the week may be like. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good thing to have plans, it’s even better to have goals and tasks to accomplish; but if all of it amounts to just doing and never considering the why factor, then what are you just doing?

I love nike and it’s simplicity. Its’ very slogan is only three words – Just Do It. Nike doesn’t tell you to run a marathon or hike up some massive mountain, they just encourage you to do whatever it may be.

I guess I want to encourage you of another set of simple words – Just Follow Jesus.

You may not be entirely sure what to do with your life or you may be living the life that you’ve always wanted. You may be just going through the motions of your day with work, classes or obligations or you may have it altogether. You may have a goal that you are trying to achieve before this decade is over (which by the way is only 2 months away) or you may have just lost all hope in what the future holds. Whatever your circumstance, pause, take a deep breath, and just follow.

But follow what? Follow who? You decide.
